Remote Work Hub

In collaboration with our Corporate Work Study Partners, San Miguel High School established and continues to maintain a dedicated remote work hub at the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona. Located centrally within the Community Foundation Campus, this professional co-working environment provides reliable high-speed internet, appropriate workspace, and on-site support that enable students to successfully fulfill their Corporate Work Study responsibilities when working remotely.

Maintaining this remote work hub is essential because it expands opportunities for our Corporate Partners in Tucson and beyond to engage qualified student workers, ensures continuity of work placements, and equips students with the remote collaboration, communication, and technology skills that are increasingly vital in today's workforce. Students continue to complete meaningful work assignments from this location while interacting with supervisors remotely, and a Corporate Work Study Coordinator is always present to provide guidance, troubleshoot challenges, and support student success throughout the workday.

The remote work hub has become a critical component of our Corporate Work Study Program, strengthening both student preparation for the future workplace and our ability to sustain valuable partnerships with employers.
