∙ Preserve Lasallian charism.

-Not be hesitant to use ministry resources (split Lasallian collection between Library and campus ministry).

∙ Advocacy for parents supported by school.

- Outreach to families.

- Offer days of recollection

- Create ownership and welcome to families.

- Training and inservice for volunteer teachers to augment staff.

∙ Balance between faith and action

∙ Embracing everyone

∙ Stewards of Lasallian ideas: “being called”


Role of being partners with the brothers

∙ Plant seeds to carry on mission.

∙ Responsible for formation to carry out the mission (local, district, and regional level).

∙ Lasllian formation for parent association.

∙Expand Lasallian ideas throughout the curriculum.

∙ SOCIALS!! Eat and drink to form community.

∙ Vocational ministry emphasis.


How do we continue to improve?


∙ Consistent accountability (with students & faculty).

∙ Create student buy-in (i.e. help create lessons with their ideas).

∙ Make real world connections in lessons/units.

∙ Preparedness, organization, and rules.

∙ Higher expectation of students.

∙ Weekly faculty check-ins.

∙ Have Lasallian Schools at the middle school level.

∙ Open to establishing curriculum.
